My bathroom flooded, and they took 24 hours to send someone and then charged me an invoice for it. It seems like they were trying to take advantage of me, seeing that it would be difficult to dispute as an active duty service member who was on military orders in a different state when they invoiced me. Hopefully current and future residents see this and treat the properties accordingly.

I found my family's perfect home leased with this company, but after getting all the details about the rental process, I would advise tenants to STAY AWAY. This company is not designed with tenants in mind! They want to nickel and dime their tenants. Esp. after reading reviews from other tenants about DPM. IN ADDITION TO RENT, they also will charge you a $250 admin fee (non-refundable), a holding fee that only holds your desired property for 10 days (its the cost of your rent minus the $250 admin fee- also non-refundable!!), a monthly pest control fee ($35/month, non-refundable), a pet fee ($200/pet, expected, but non-refundable), a monthly pet rent fee (ranges $20-35/month, non-refundable), and they also require you to register you pet to determine how much they will charge you monthly (this costs $20-25 with the website). I have NEVER rented with a company that charges this much extra towards their tenants!! I will go with someone else!

They have taken any stress away from me with finding new tenets, keeping tenets and transitioning tenets. They have always been quick to respond to questions and have always stayed on top of any possible issues. Disciple Property Management is nothing short of amazing!! They have managed my property for over 10yrs & I have never had to question anything they’ve done for me. They made my life stress free, especially while I was living overseas. Never missed one payment, they made sure my HOA fees were covered, they call my insurance when I needed a new roof; just everything!! I would buy more properties in Savannah, GA just to allow them to manage it. Has definitely set the bar for any other property management company!!

As a tenant for the past three years, anytime I needed something repaired it was always done the same day. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Courtney! They really make you feel like family whenever you call or go by the office. Great online system that accepts payments and work orders! No complaints at all! Best experience ever!

Always took care of maintenance quickly and efficiently and charged a fair rent. I then used their associated real estate company in order to buy my first home and it was a great, simple, and easy experience. Later, after having a property manager for my home, who worked on their real estate side of the house (Karen, you are great and we love you) finally retire from property management, she turned me over to Disciple for property management. They have taken care of my home the best they could with what they have. Especially through the hurricane with so much damage and so little contractors available. I look forward to closing out my home with them and selling it. It was a great experience and a great transition. Thanks to Courtney specifically!!!
