My family and I were displaced by Hurricane Debbie flooding and rented a house from DPM for a year while we renovated our home. I can’t recommend DPM enough. The staff is so kind and helpful and made a very stressful year better. I really appreciate the clear instructions they give about everything so I always knew what to expect. We only needed to make a maintenance request a few times but they were very quick to respond and fix the issues.

If you are in the military avoid this company at all cost. When I sent my ETS orders to relocate, they started telling other companies that I broke my lease and I had to explained the process. They also charged me $1575 for paint which supposed to be fair wear and tear. They also lied and said that they did not receive the keys on the day it was due after they mistook it to be a rent because it was in an envelope. They will charge you EVERYTHING not to pay your security depots back to you. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN THE MILITARY.

Excellent the best Real State, the response of the office is always immediate. They are always attentive to the needs of the tenants. The best option to find a place to live, as a tenant after 14 years recommend to find a place with Disciples

My bathroom flooded, and they took 24 hours to send someone and then charged me an invoice for it. It seems like they were trying to take advantage of me, seeing that it would be difficult to dispute as an active duty service member who was on military orders in a different state when they invoiced me. Thanks Jarrod! Reply to property management: so when this leak continues in the future it’s better that i don’t report it or incur future charges when your bargain plumber cannot figure out the issue? Good to know. Hopefully current and future residents see this and treat the properties accordingly.

Disciple Property Management is nothing short of amazing!! They have managed my property for over 10yrs & I have never had to question anything they’ve done for me. They made my life stress free, especially while I was living overseas. Never missed one payment, they made sure my HOA fees were covered, they call my insurance when I needed a new roof; just everything!! I would buy more properties in Savannah, GA just to allow them to manage it. Has definitely set the bar for any other property management company!!

They really make you feel like family whenever you call or go by the office. Great online system that accepts payments and work orders! No complaints at all! Best experience ever!
