About us

Our value add to our clients is that we Find Deals, Fund Deals, Rehab Deals, Sale or Refi once the project is complete. We run the Flip and BRRR strategies in the Memphis market and will be working on 10 or so projects at a given time in various stages.

Our project rehabs ranges from $80k - $150k; depending on the size of the project. If the project is a flip, our target net profit for our clients is $40k+. 

When you are able to connect with someone boots on the ground like us and you are out of market; this investing strategy becomes a lot smoother and profitable!
