I've worked with Tim for years at previous ventures.
If I was helping a friend get financing on an investment property, Tim would be my first call. While working in the industry myself.
I've never met someone who was more knowledgeable about the industry, without being smug about it. Tim is down to earth, and cares about helping people get the right fit.
