Revolve Real Estate is a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company serving property owners, landlords, and investors throughout Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Horrible experience. Until this day, I am yet to get a response from Aubrey. I called multiple times for an apartment that I toured and was really interested in. Unfortunately, despite varies phone calls, text messages, emails there was no response from Aubrey. The only person that was helpful was Gino who was also unable to reach Aubrey. I even had a broker reach out to them and he was also unable to reach Aubrey. Really disappointed in the service provided or lack of service should I say.

The overall experience was terrible. My initial security deposit was lost when I moved in and throughout my time as a tenant I had points where I had to call other realtors within the company to get ahold of anyone because I couldn’t trust anyone would be at the office during business hours. Another was an incident with a faulty smoke detector’s CO2 alarm in the basement I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the main office or representative without any response for DAYS even though the fire department asked me to keep trying as they were at the residence. Ultimately they just replaced it and I gave them the number so they could get ahold of them. I am also almost 2 months past my move out date at the time of this post (move out was March 31, 2026) and still no security deposit has been returned nor a list of what was damaged if anything. Go with another realtor company for rent

I had a great experience working with Aubrey Reece at Revolve Real Estate. Aubrey was professional, helpful, and guided us through every step of the rental process. She was always courteous, answered our questions, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Finding and securing a new home can be stressful, but Aubrey made the process much easier. We truly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place through Revolve Real Estate.

We had an EXTREMELY disappointing experience with Revolve Real Estate Company during a recent rental application.
After submitting our application, we were asked to provide additional documentation and even secure a co-signer, which we did promptly. We were then told we would receive a decision within 3–5 business days. We respected that timeline and waited. After 7 business days with absolutely no communication, my mother-in-law finally called the office herself—only to be told that renters had already been chosen for the property. Not only were we never notified, but despite multiple attempts to contact the company throughout the week, we received nothing calls, no texts, no emails, no updates whatsoever… If a property has already been rented, the professional and respectful thing to do is inform applicants immediately , especially after asking them to invest time gathering documents and finding a co-signer. Leaving people in the dark while continuing to request information gives the impression that applicants’ time and effort simply do not matter. Clear communication is the bare minimum in property management. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I sincerely hope this company improves its communication practices so future applicants aren’t treated with the same level of disregard.
