DO NOT USE OKC home realty services. They screwed us out of money and wouldn't even explain why they denied us. We all have good credit and make more than enough money to cover the cost of expenses. There is absolutely no reason we should have been denied yet here we are!

OKC Home Reality has very nice, beautiful homes definitely a 10/10 the application process was nice and easy and there leasing team has great communication through your application process. I highly recommend OKC Home realty if you are looking for nice affordable homes, Recee and Carla were very nice and made my search for a new home very easy and non stressful.

Janice was fantastic to work with! Not only did she provide a thorough video tour of the property, but she was also incredibly responsive via phone and text. She went above and beyond by helping us through the application and leasing process—something you don’t typically expect. Because of my experience with her, I’d absolutely look to do business with this company again before considering anyone else.

I have been very pleased with OKC Realty. Highly recommend.
They are always available when needed, maintenance is very responsive and repairs are done in a timely way.
The whole process of application and my move out was very efficient and effortless.
Everyone I talked with at the office was kind and respectful.
This has not always been my experience with other companies so I was pleasantly surprised with my communications and overall property management. Thank you OKC Realty.

OKC Home Realty has managed my rental property for two years. I have found them communicative, reliable, and efficient. They have taken over all of the property issues an owner might have. They found a qualified tenant, set up an easy to use connection online, deposit my money in a timely manner, and complete any repair issues with my being consulted first.

Robert is one of the best maintenance guys we’ve met so far, he was very straightforward with everything and helped us get a lot done that we needed done. We’ve had water issues since we moved in here so 7 yrs now, and he has made sure all the pipes was updated and replaced out all the cabinets that had water damage. I am very pleased with his work. If I could I would give him a 100% in stars. Thank you Robert!!!!!
