I communicated with Fran and Carla throughout the entire process. Carlas communication was long and drawn out. She didn’t return calls in a timely manner. You will have to jump through hoops to complete the application process. Do not recommend this company for serious renters.

Working with OKC Home Realty Services was the best choice I made this year. I was losing money trying to manage rental homes by myself, and the sense of relief I experienced when handing leases over to them is a feeling I won't soon forget. They have the staff and connections to maintain rentals and find good homes for qualified renters.

Reece is great to work with, very responsive and quick to act. He stays on top of any issues that arise. Scott provides strong leadership support when needed. OKC Home Realty offers excellent service with a reasonable pricing structure.

My husband and I just got married and we were looking for a home to rent until we are able to build for a couple of years. OKC HOME REALTY was absolutely amazing. Francis was so kind and answering all of our questions and everything was done and such a timely fashion. We absolutely love our home and even meet our landlord, and he was sweet as can be, and made us feel comfortable in knowing that if there was anything we needed, they would take care of us.

Moving is never easy but they truly minimized the stress. Application process is easy, quick and can all be done online. My property manager, Frances, is amazing and went out of her way to process my application quickly, as I was moving due to safety hazards in my old house. With their app, you can conveniently pay your rent and request maintenance repairs. They have a renters benefit package that comes with what could be called a concierge service to get you settled and helps you transfer utilities. They actually saved me $50 a month for my internet from the same service provider. I highly recommend!

I have been working with OKC Home Realty Services Management for about 2 years now as a landlord. They are always very prompt with their communications and keep me apprised about everything going on with my properties. They provide tenants with easy ways to pay their rent and advise of work that needs to be done to the property. They are very good about showing the properties when they become vacant to prospective new tenants. They keep me informed about work being done to the properties and they work with very qualified and professional contractors who do not over charge for their work. I am very happy with my choice of property management companies and highly recommend their services, whether you are a prospective tenant or landlord!

Robert is one of the best maintenance guys we’ve met so far, he was very straightforward with everything and helped us get a lot done that we needed done. We’ve had water issues since we moved in here so 7 yrs now, and he has made sure all the pipes was updated and replaced out all the cabinets that had water damage. I am very pleased with his work. If I could I would give him a 100% in stars. Thank you Robert!!!!!
