I’ve had a very good experience with OKC Home Realty Services. My property manager, Brenda, has been exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to help me get my property rented, assisting with everything from coordinating repairs and getting the lease signed to navigating the challenges of renting during difficult economic times.
Scott has also been very accommodating during periods of contractor difficulties and extended vacancy, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, I’m grateful for the support and effort Brenda and Scott have provided throughout the process.

I have dealt with many leasing agents over the course of my life and can 100 percent say that Monica is one of the nicest, easy to talk to, and dedicated property managers I have ever spoken with. a move halfway across the country is already difficult and she was such a gem and made herself available to talk to even outside of business hours. Someone any employer should fight for!

He was very good at his job and knew exactly what was wrong The AC unit outside was wired backwards making the unit drip water inside the home but the HVAC technician was great

Everything has gone smoothly with this realty company until I asked for a letter. I guess they have to create a whole system to send an email, which only takes a couple of minutes. But if I were to pay my rent late, I'm sure I would get a letter the same day. Business relationships work multiple ways, not just one.

In the event you've ever had a bad experience with a property manager, look no further. Scott and his team are top notch. Scott has the experience and expertise I didn't realize you needed. Ive rented with a bad manager and had one on my own property. Scott has and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Even if you dont need a manager, he can find you a place to live! Give him a call and thank me later!

Scott is knowledgeable, dependable, and clearly knows the property management industry well. He stays on top of details, communicates clearly, and handles things in a professional and timely manner. I communicated with Fran and Carla throughout the entire process. Carlas communication was long and drawn out. She didn’t return calls in a timely manner. You will have to jump through hoops to complete the application process. Do not recommend this company for serious renters.

From the long application process to the house not being fixed up before move in. This company does the bare minimum. They will not do anything and they don't communicate with each other. Application was only 25 but I understand why, they call your information provided once and if they don't answer, that's to bad. They just state that they could not verify.
When you speak with anyone they are in a hurry to get off the phone.

Robert is one of the best maintenance guys we’ve met so far, he was very straightforward with everything and helped us get a lot done that we needed done. We’ve had water issues since we moved in here so 7 yrs now, and he has made sure all the pipes was updated and replaced out all the cabinets that had water damage. I am very pleased with his work. If I could I would give him a 100% in stars. Thank you Robert!!!!!
