I'm an active investor & investor-friendly agent specializing in development, fix & flips, buy & holds, house-hacking, BRRRR, and syndication deals. The journey I have experienced over the past ten years in business startups and real estate have provided me a unique experience that allows me to provide a different level of service. I have failed at many business attempts, grew from it, and it eventually led to the successful ones.I have invested in buy and holds, flipped homes, advised others on flipping homes, built and advised on ADU's, developed and raised money for funds. Serving Homes from $500K to $2M+ I work with buyers and long-term investors, NOT wholesalers or deal intermediaries. Most of my clients are owner-occupants, house hackers, and out-of-state buyers. My work spans primary residence purchases, house hacking, flips, and long-term rentals. I’m involved in managing a number of out-of-state projects as well, working with local teams I put in place around each deal to make sure execution stays on track. I bring over 15 years of residential construction experience into every deal. That means looking past surface-level comps and finishes to understand how a property is built, what it will realistically cost to improve, and whether it’s actually worth pursuing. I’m hands-on and direct. If a deal doesn’t make sense, I’ll say it. If it does, I’ll help you move forward and stay involved through execution. Project management is available for investors executing on properties they own.
