How do I cancel?+
You can cancel from your account. Any active lead bundle continues through the period you've already paid for; cancellation stops future renewals.
How am I billed?+
Your organization has one subscription — $250/month plus $50/month per additional teammate — billed to the organization owner's card. Lead bundles are billed separately to whichever business (seat) purchases them.
What happens if I add a teammate mid-cycle?+
They're charged from the moment they accept your invite, not from when you send it. The partial period is prorated onto your next invoice, and you'll see the exact prorated amount before you confirm.
What happens if I remove a teammate?+
The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — there's no refund or credit for the remaining time.
Can I add my team members to my business account? How does seat management work?+
The organization plan is $250/month, which includes your first business, plus $50/month for each additional teammate (seat) you add. You can add or remove seats from your business dashboard. Lead bundles are purchased separately and self-serve, priced based on your market.
I already have a Business Membership on the older plan — do I need to upgrade?+
If you're already a Business Member, your current plan, pricing, and features stay exactly as they are. Nothing changes on your account automatically, and there's no forced upgrade.
How am I matched with leads?+
Agents are matched by city. Lenders and tax professionals are matched by state.
How do I get leads?+
You can purchase lead bundles self-serve, sized to your market. Bundles renew automatically when they run out, so you keep a steady flow unless you cancel.
Can I choose what types of leads I receive?+
Yes — your markets and specialties are set up when you join, and you can update them from your account.
I have a team — how do leads work across seats?+
Each teammate (seat) is matched and receives leads independently, based on their own markets and specialties, just like a solo business would be. The organization owner can see every lead across the team — including which seat it went to — but only the seat it was routed to can act on it.
