A very quick and simple calculator to determine potential cash flow on a rental using the 50% Rule. I just simplified and tweaked a portion of Brandon Turner's Spreadsheet (his is awesome and includes many more details). This is just something that can quickly be used and takes the "50% Rule" into consideration.
