How would I use this for multi-family apartments? Would I simply consolidate the numbers for each property? Not sure that would work as it appears to focus on SFR, but like the approach.

Great tool! Interesting that he uses Home Warranty in place of CapEx but everybody is a little different. Any chance you could add some BRRRR calculations to this to show capital outlay/rehab costs/refi return of capital?
