Kevin, I used your APOD Thanks. Have 2 ?? 1. What does ppd at the bottom mean? I assume it has something to do with mortgage payments since it shows 300 months. 2. Can you use this to analyze property you already own to help in deciding which property you may want to sell? Would you use the original purchase price or the current market value
