This is the screening sheet that I use to quickly determine if a property is one that I might be interested in. It is the third and final screening sheet that is short, to the point, and doesnt require the time committment of the other screening sheets. By the time you use this sheet, you should be comfortable talking to sellers and dont need to spend more than a few minutes on the phone with them.
