This is an agreement that my local Sales Manager from CenterPoint Energy gave to me. I inquired about the activation fee when a tenant moves out and service get transferred back to the owners name. They say that if this is completed and on file with CenterPoint Energy the Activation fee will be waived. Hopefully others can save some money and use this. Enjoy
