Good Article Mindy. I have a question on the interest only loan. When you get an interest only loan what is the typical term on the loan, when do you pay back the principal ( I am guessing the principal is paid back in 1 lump sum amount)? Since you are going into the deal with no money down do you wait to pay back the principal until you refinance?
