Property Comparison Tool allows you to compare up to 4 properties side by side, with versatility to allow for traditional long-term rentals, short-term rental comparison, flipping, and BRRR evaluation. I originally created this to compare short-term rental vs. long-term rental property use. I added in the flip functionality (although it is pretty basic). The BRRR use is functional, although the 1-year and 5-year returns will be a little off, as you will have to subtract your rehab hold time when rents are not collected. If you print this in portrait mode, you can print up to 16 properties on one page (front and back), allowing you to carry minimal paperwork, yet have maximal information when presenting, discussing, or evaluating properties.
