Fixed Cost Analysis

You will notice the goal of this is to assess fixed costs but more importantly help my partner and I decide on how much we can purchase a property for. You will notice the thinking behind the Maximum Purchase Price to the right of the sheet. Overall, the fixed costs are really high. I credit this to conservative projections, length of project (it will be our first one), and the expensiveness of using hard money. My goal was to get some feedback from some successful investors on the overall costs and the amount that is projected. Please, let me know if I am assessing too much in certain areas or if I am forgetting about something important.
