I thought this could be a useful template for other landlords to make their own Apartment Binder. Our tenants really appreciate it, and it shows them a level of professionalism and organization that lets them know we mean business as landlords. If you look below at the table of contents you'll see their are close to 200 pages! Inside, we have a copy of the signed lease, condition reports, city specific information, menus from local restaurants, garbage schedules, you name it, if you need it as a tenant its in there.
