recommendations for lenders, basement finish construction company, and radon expert

Hi BiggerPockets friends,

I just moved from Texas to Michigan, and is currently closing a primary house in Northville.

We are looking for

- competitive lenders (at least could offer concessions and beat Rocket Mortgage rates/fees)

- Basement finish construction companies. We have a good budget and would need a reliable and honest contractor to do our basement finish

- Radon system installation company. We got a quote of $1200 and would need a reliable company to install it in the next few months.

Google Scott Cummings at Independent Bank for a mortgage quote.
Be careful of giving ANY contractor 50% down to start. Negotiate 25-30% at most.
