How can i get started and become a real estate agent.

Hello everyone, I'm 19 years old and want to get into real estate and be an Agent. I live in Virginia, and I've searched up and done research and haven't gotten anything, and I believe in asking for help from people who are where you want to be. if anyone can give me help and tips to get started, please help.
