How can i get started and become a real estate agent.

Hello everyone, I'm 19 years old and want to get into real estate and be an Agent. I live in Virginia, and I've searched up and done research and haven't gotten anything, and I believe in asking for help from people who are where you want to be. if anyone can give me help and tips to get started, please help. Look up Moseley, they have a lot of good stuff and free cheap courses that are legit.

The licensing portion contains 2 parts. A jurisdiction and a general. You'll need to pass both of those to be fully licensed. After that if you wanted to get an MD/DC/NC & most other states license, you'll only have to take the jurisdictional part of the test. Also in VA you'll also need to get fingerprinted in order to hang your license and complete post license classes. Good luck!
