What does a weak labor market mean for real estate agents?
What do all the current job losses mean for a real estate agent?
Well it's crazy simple.
Real estate is only as good as jobs.
Unless you work with investors.
But real estate is only as good as someone's ability
to buy a house. I don't care whatsoever how low the inventory
is. No jobs, no real estate transactions.
It astounds me that agents do not take this deadly serious
and realize without a great, quality buyers list, you're going to have
a very very very hard Q4 and an even harder 2026 altogether.
