Is there a solo high end remodeling designer (not a firm) that anyone works with when their clients are in need? Would love to be able to get a referall for a good one. Thanks!

Actually, yes. i can refer one out of Tampa that actually has a formal design degree and a ton of experience with not only residential and commercial interior design, but flip and ground up as well. I'll PM a connection.
