Investor friendly teams in SFV or LA

I’m an active investor and licensed agent thinking about switching brokerages. I live and do work in the San Fernando Valley and Antelope Valley (although most of my investing  is in GA) and want a team that’s actually investor-friendly (not just saying they are). Any recommendations in LA?

    Hey Tim,

What would want/expect out of the team? I'm not looking now but may in the future so it would be good to have a baseline.

    Best,

    Rick

Hey Rick, good question. Not much to be honest. Fair commission splits/fees. Ok with self-representation on deals. I’m not really big on the “team culture” but would definitely be a plus to have someone to bounce ideas off of for creative deals, knowledge of zoning and permitting (I have some knowledge of LA City entitlements process). Existing network of contacts here would be a HUGE plus for me since I haven’t yet done many deals in the area.

    Thanks for asking.

We're doing the same up in Sacramento. Happy to connect and work together.
