Easy check for unpermitted air conditioning systems in Florida that will cost u money

Home inspectors do this check and it's really easy.  Some owners want to save money and only change out the evaporator or condenser.  This is unpermitted work and will not be approved by the city.  Just check that the evaporator and condenser have the same manufacturer label and date, it they don't, it's going to cost you money later.
