Hi, Bigger Pockets community!

I am in search of an engineering vendor that can aid with residential street widening plans (B-permit), utility drawings and plans, and retaining wall designs. 
A client I am working with has had their current engineering vendor withdraw from the job late in the final revisions of a B-Permit/street widening plan design with the Los Angeles BOE. 
If anyone has any suggestions for qualified civil engineering vendors, please reach out to me.
