Hi there, I've been lurking around the site for some time now, and I recently made my first investment property/rental purchase in Palm Bay,FL. I was hoping someone could send me a referral for a Handyman in the Palm Bay/Melbourne,FL area to help me check off my to-do list, things like Fan Installation, Painting, Door Removal/Installation, etc. I work full-time and am having a hard time to get things done in a timely manner on my own..looking for some help now
