Does anyone know of a good DCSR loan company..

Good afternoon, 

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good DCSR loan company with great rates. I would like to put my investment in my LLC that's why I'm thinking this would be the route to go. But I am noticing some of the rates are high. Also looking to put 15-20 percent down.

    I'm based in Southern California, but I have started my out-of-state real estate journey in Indianapolis. Now, I have a portfolio of Short Term Rentals and Long Term Rentals.

    I've also helped other investors with their DSCR loans and flip projects. Happy to share my experiences and chat with you more if you're interested

    Hi Nikki,

    Theres a lot of great DSCR lenders on BP. I would recommend sifting through the Build Your Team tab or the preferred lender's page and reading some reviews. Additionally, DSCR requires a minimum down payment of 20%. When it comes to DSCR the three pillars to keep in mind are:

    - LTV

    - Fico Score

    - DSCR Ratio

    If you have a good ltv, god credit and a DSCR of 1.00+ you'll be in the clear. Good luck!
