I currently co-own 7 acres in Hocking Hills, OH with 3 small cabins, operating as short-term rentals. The rentals have been running well, and we’re generating consistent income with strong occupancy.

We're now looking to expand by building 3 more cabins on the property, which would more than double our gross revenue, and I am exploring financing options. I’d love to connect with lenders, brokers, or investors who specialize in short-term rental projects, boutique lodging, or small commercial deals.

A few quick details:

• Location: Hocking Hills, OH (high-demand STR market)

• Current operations: 3 cabins, good income, and reviews

• Goal: Add 3 additional cabins on existing land and 

• Financing need: Open to DSCR, commercial, or creative lending solutions

• We're looking to finance the site work prep, new builds, and extra for slightly renovating our existing builds. 

Has anyone here worked with lenders who are STR-friendly on projects like this? Or do you have recommendations on who I should be talking to (banks, brokers, private lenders)?
