Looking for a lender for manufactured home/lot new construction on scattered in-fill lots in Central Florida. Low LTV. 20 plus years of experience doing this. Great credit. Average loan $100-150K.

    21st Century Mortgage may have a product for that.  Triad Financial in Florida  may as well, just questionable on the construction side unless it's for someone that will dwell in the home
