We're looking for a private or conventional lender to fund the construction of one model unit in a 10-12 unit weekly rental project in Grande Cache, Alberta.  There is a scarcity of weekly rentals in the area and a high demand due to eco-tourism and nearby mines that hire one week on and one week off.  That kind of work schedule is not conducive to conventional long term leases.  My fellow Director is a longtime resident of Grande Cache.  We own the multi-family property (.68 acres) free & clear.   The construction loan amount would be in the $350K CAD range.
