I've been investing in myself for a couple years now by educating myself and learning, as well as setting myself up for success (have a HELOC ready to be used, etc.). I've read some great books that have really changed my mindset and knowledge based (3 of my favorites summarized in this great blog post btw: http://richerrental.com/passiv... ); however I'm looking to take my learning / action to the next step.
I'm wanting to inventory all the real estate investing courses out there. Can folks please post their courses, or those that they are aware of here? I'm also interested in unique courses, where part of the training is actually conducting a deal with the course operator!
