Longhorn Investments is a multi-state hard money lender looking for someone to represent us in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding markets. The basic qualifications are below. Please send a resume if interested.

- Experience with real estate investing
- Preferred that applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, or hard money/private money loan originator
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work some nights and weekends (REI meetings and conferences)
- Comfortable working on a commission/forgiveable draw basis

Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office.

Compensation is based on a percentage of funded loan amounts. Successful reps in other markets are earning $20,000 - $30,000 monthly with unlimited upside. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate.
