I'm an investor out of Connecticut. I am working with my partner on two properties out of our three in the Detroit/Gross Point Area.
Currently we are doing renovations with local GC ( which I would appreciate more leads on if you are willing to share); however I'm looking forward to planning tenants and comps for August. I would like to talk to some strong Agents and Managers to help me understand the market in ways I haven't thought of, to work with me to share opinions on my reno choices, to manage the property when done, and to work with for new opportunities towards my goal of 6 deals this year.
