First time poster, long time listener to the podcast! I have attempted to find a realtor investor agent in Bethlehem, NH on the site, however I was unsuccessful. I emailed a few NH agents here on BP, but no responses. I am looking at buying a duplex in Bethlehem; it will be our first investment property. We will live in one side and STR the other. Need recommendations for renovation; it is an REO property. Would like to get 2 estimates for SOW.
