Amazing Young Real Estate Agent I Highly Recommend

I’ve only posted a few times on here. My name is Drake Payne. I own Copper Co Electric in Middle Tennessee. I had a customer call me and said she had totally remodeled her home. Total gut. Did everything herself. Including the electrical and just needed someone to finish the electrical up because she reached her point of being comfortable and doing the actual panel terminations, ect. I said I would love to. (This isn’t what an electrician wants to hear though. Normally that means there is a rats nest of wires running in all kinds of wrong places. 

I go to give an estimate and walk in and this young girl did better than 75% of other electricians I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. She demoed, reframed, wired, insulated and now dry walled it all by herself. Aside from me making up the more challenging terminations. We spoke for a long while and it turns out that she is actually a real estate agent here in TN and she is only 19! I was just totally blow away by her drive and determination. I figured what better a place to tell this story that BP. She is going so far and we’re planning on partnering on some deals. 

She has sold 6 houses as of today and is getting kind of down and out. I told her about BP. I’m attaching her digital business card below. If anyone in the realtor side has some time and would be willing to help her I just feel a tug on my heart to do all I can to get her moving. She has such passion for everything she does. No matter what it is.
