Hello BiggerPockets,

I am new here; I am seeking $290, 000 capital to start an Assisted living facility in sacramento california.

I will refund with no time . The only assest i have is my house (pri residence). i am a registered nurse, am also an RCFE Administrator licensed in California.

Please advice on how i can get this cash as soon as possible.
