Is anyone willing to get on the phone and let me pick your brain?

Looking to chat with someone who is experienced in creative financing within Canada. I'm interested in 'subject to' or 'seller financing'. My goal is to get into a multi family investment using creative financing.

I would really appreciate your time. Thank you!

Also I have taught lease options in Canada multiple times but my understanding is Subject Tos in Canada are not permitted at all.   Feel free to reach out if i can help you out but agree much more then a call...maybe read my book to get started with a good understanding of both topics.

Subject to is not allowed in Canada. You would look for 'vendor take back' or 'agreement for sale' instead.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but creative finance is more than a phone call. Beside I think you are limited to 5 year mortgages are you not? That would require more planning and a different approach. I'm always happy to talk though.

Thank you! Even that is insightful. Looks like I have a little more research to do. However, I will keep you in mind, because I still wouldn't mind talking to someone about investing.
