Hello, I’m Erik Applegate, founder of Hometown Hosts, specializing in managing short term rentals.

In saturated markets, I've created cash-flowing, 4.95/5 star, 70%+ occupied short-term rentals of my own, and am now offering management for others. If you or someone you know need help managing a short or mid term rental, you can reach out to me on biggerpockets here or click here to learn more about our services: https://www.hometownhosts.com/.  We offer management in Austin and Scottsdale/Phoenix.
