I'm looking to buy a property from my SDIRA funds. I have to use a non-recourse lender for this transaction. looking for a lender who deals with SDIRAs / non-recourse lending, any suggestions?

We can do non recourse in bridge debt under 1 million or on rentals at 60% ltv. I’m not sure if that would work

We recently finished our first property rehab and have the house rented now. The house is paid off so we’re now looking for the best way to use the equity from the rental house to fund our next property purchase & rehab.
Heloc, cash out refi, etc? What would be the smartest way to pull out the equity? Thanks for any input and we’re also looking for vendors who do long term loans like we might need. The local banks don’t want to lend past twenty years on a refi.
