Looking for Commercial lenders

Looking for commercial lenders as I'm shopping around for reasonable lending terms to invest in apartment complexes with 50-100 units.  Anyone here know a trustworthy contact, please share.

Hi @Ambica Pilli, welcome to the BP Forum! Are you looking to build new complexes that large in Raleigh or buy an existing property (or properties)?

Commercial multifamily like this is significantly dependant on experience, how long have you been owning and managing commercial multifamily?

Hi @Ambica Pilli We can typically go up to 75% LTV and allow for up to 90% CLTV for multifamily. Property must be 70% occupied and 1+ DSCR. We can consider negative DSCR but need comp factor like experience and reserves. This would be a 30-year fixed loan with no balloon. I would love to provide a conditional term sheet, lets connect!

    Brandon,

Have been investing in RE since 2011 and have experience managing smaller 10 units+ buildings. Looking to expand our portfolio with bigger complexes.

@Ambica Pilli Are there any 50+ units in Raleigh? I couldn't' find any. Are you looking at other markets?
