They've had amazingly low maintenance/upkeep & always well sought after by tenants. Zero vacancy in 2 years.
Both have had constant 7-9% returns, projected to increase 1-2% year over year being in such a desired area.
The reason I'm selling is because I'm deciding to go all in on cryptocurrency and take a big swing.
I'm selling fully furnished with a list of prior tenants that have rented them out on an annual basis. I'm pretty motivated to get this done and flexible on the price.
