Hi all! Are there any real estate investing groups in northern central Arkansas (near Mountain Home)? Any mentorship or networking programs you would recommend to a beginning investor?

. You might be able to find one through NationalREI.org I'm mentoring someone farther down the way towards Greers Ferry Lake. Rural investing takes a different approach than city investing, so be careful.
P.S. I just tried NationalREI.org and couldn't get through, so I'm not sure what happened to that one. But, I'm always happy to answer questions.
