New member looking for short-term real-estate borrowers

Hi everyone,

I’m new to BiggerPockets and excited to connect with experienced real estate investors here. I’m exploring private money lending as a way to generate steady, secured returns while supporting reputable investors with solid projects.

I currently have around $50,000 available to lend and am looking to work with borrowers who have a proven track record, creditworthiness, and a clear exit strategy or business plan. I’m especially interested in short-term, real estate–backed loans such as fix-and-flip, bridge, or rehab funding opportunities where the property serves as collateral.

My goal is to start small, learn the process, and build long-term relationships with reliable investors. I’m open to connecting with professionals who value transparency, good communication, and win–win partnerships.
