I’m looking to connect with Houston-area landlords who might be open to a long-term, reliable lease arrangement.

I run a small housing initiative called Momentum Dwellings, where we lease and maintain homes for shared, affordable living. Our residents are adults who are independent, stable, and looking for quality housing in a safe environment.

We’re not a treatment program or an agency — just a housing provider focused on keeping good homes occupied and well cared for.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Single-family or small multi-unit homes (ideally 3–5 bedrooms)

• Move-in ready or near-ready condition

• No HOA restrictions, if possible

• Flexible on location — anywhere in greater Houston works

• We’re open to multi-year leases and take pride in maintaining each property as if it were our own
