We are Trenly, and we are building the first AI-native portfolio intelligence tool. We help investors visualize performance and make data-backed decisions—because let's be honest, manual spreadsheets are a nightmare. We are an early-stage startup looking for a Growth & Community Lead who wants to help us bring the residential investing space into the AI era.
This isn't a corporate 9-to-5. You won’t be sitting in Zoom meetings all day. You’ll be wearing 10 hats, moving fast, and building the voice of a brand that investors rely on.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Dropping Knowledge (Content): You aren't just posting boring updates. You’re scripting and shooting TikToks/Reels that make "Net Operating Income" actually interesting. You’ll take complex financial metrics and turn them into snackable content that hooks investors.
- Rubbing Shoulders with Giants (Partnerships): You’ll be hunting down collaborations with the heavy hitters—RE educators, podcasters, and influencers. Your goal? Get Trenly in front of their audiences.
- Building the Tribe (Community): You are the voice of Trenly across social channels and investor communities. You’ll turn casual users into raving advocates and gather the feedback we need to build a better product.
- The "Mad Scientist" Stuff (Growth): We don't have a 100-page playbook. You’ll experiment with new channels, track the data, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
Who You Are:
- You Speak "Investor": You understand the math. ROI, Cap Rate, Cash-on-Cash—these aren't just acronyms to you. You either invest yourself, or you're obsessed with learning how.
- You’re AI-Native: You treat ChatGPT and Claude like your personal interns. You don’t write from a blank page—you prompt, edit, and ship. You know that using AI isn't "cheating," it’s how you move 10x faster.
- You’re Scrappy (Startup Mindset): You don't need a manager breathing down your neck. You’d rather ship something imperfect today than wait for "perfect" next week. You thrive in chaos and love seeing the direct impact of your work.
- You’re a Storyteller: You can write clearly, speak confidently, and aren't camera shy. You know how to frame a technical concept so it clicks for a beginner.
