looking for ADU contractor in northern AZ

I'm looking for contractor recommendations for an 800 sq ft ADU in Flagstaff, $400-450K budget. Plans and permits in hand. This would seemingly be enough for much of the country ($500/sq ft) but its been a struggle to find someone to meet this budget. Any recommendations greatly appreciated.
