Private Funding as a Tool for Investor Projects - Discussion

Posted

Curious how other investors are using private or non-bank funding in today’s market.

I work with Boden Capital, a lending brokerage that helps investors explore private capital for things like:

• Fix & flip projects
• Rental acquisitions
• Value-add or light construction deals

Not here to pitch - genuinely interested in how others are structuring their financing lately, especially around timelines, leverage, and exit strategies.

If you’ve used private funding before (or decided not to), what worked well for you and what would you do differently next time?

Always good to learn from the community.
