I'm looking for a contractor who is familiar with padsplit/coliving setups and is able to add walls, convert garages, sound proof and anything else that comes along with this game.
Don't fall for this portal projection , usually cannot do changes without proper permission of city, PadSplit is all false promises, they cheat you in payout they charge you more than 8%, their members destroy your property, ask what policy they have to protect your property if its get damaged. Asked for sample b payout, see if you can understand it.
