New to Wholesaling

Hi all, I’m actively trying to break into real estate wholesaling and want real, hands-on exposure rather than just courses or theory.

I’m willing to work for free if it means being involved in the full process from lead to close. I’m especially interested in learning deal analysis, contracts, and dispositions.

If anyone needs help and is open to bringing someone on to learn and contribute, I’d love to connect.

     Hey David, Lets connect!

Full disclosure: this market is much more competitive than other places where people wholesale. The main reasons are local laws and high demand.

Smart approach, he real learning happens in the trenches, not watching YouTube videos. One thing most newbies miss: start building your buyers list NOW, even before you have deals. Hit up local REIA meetings, Facebook investor groups, drive around and look for flip signs then track down who's doing the work. Having buyers ready makes everything else click. Are you already networking with other investors in your area?
