Looking for a property manager in Santa Monica, CA
Hi, everyone. My family has a condo townhouse that we rent out in Santa Monica. We'd like to turn management over to a reputable, responsive, and reasonably priced property management company. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? I would prefer recs from someone who has personal experience with a company they hire as opposed to someone plugging his own company, but will take what I can get! Thanks in advance. :)
