Hi, can anyone recommend cost-effective options for the West Allis, WI area for any of the below?:

-Handymen

-Electricians

-Plumbers

-Exterior (deck repairs,  gutters re-hangings, gutter cleaning)

-Cleaning services (for turnover refreshes)

-Remodelers in-general

Thanks

Don't know WI. But join REIA group(s) where there are other investors ask them who they use. Also when you find a good vendor like a Plumber, ask them who they recommend for electric, carpentry, etc. Good craftsmen in one profession know other good people in other professions, because they see them perform on the job site. Also pay them promptly, one year we used 7 different plumbers, one job required a backhoe, most plumbers don't have a backhoe, one did. Other plumbers have specialties, like some won't do HVAC, some will, etc. One of the plumbers wanted paid every day, I suppose he had some problems with people not paying. don't care what the reason, I made sure that we paid him every day after completing the work, almost all his jobs were one day jobs. Keep the good vendors happy and pay them quickly. One appliance repair person told me people would call for repair and he would do the job, and fix their problem then they would say, "I can't pay you."
