Current areas of focus include:
• Ground-Up Construction Financing with structured draw schedules, up to 90% LTC or 70% of completed value in qualifying scenarios
• DSCR Rental Loans up to 80% LTV, with rates starting from 5.99%* in eligible cases
• Fix & Flip Financing structured up to 90% of the purchase price and up to 100% of renovation costs for qualifying projects
• Bridge & Gap Financing for transitional or time-sensitive transactions
